Summit & Sky

Summit & Sky is a six building, 72 unit project in Bozeman, MT. Designed for executive tier FF&E, these units served as employee housing with an ASAP turnaround. Half of the units offered double-occupancy rooms, resulting in a total of 162 beds across the buildings. In under four weeks, we furnished, placed housewares, and performed white-glove walk-through inspections for all 72 units.

Gateway Village

Gateway Village is a rolling/ongoing furniture and housewares project with 40 units completed over 8 months so far. These two-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhomes were designated to house employees working in Big Sky. Our client chose our entry-level furniture and housewares option, resulting in comfortable and functional living spaces for employees and their families. Each unit received the Bay Housewares white-glove walk-through, which included checking appliances for functionality, tidying up construction debris, reporting damages, etc.

River Rock Lodge

Bay Housewares was contracted to furnish the River Rock Lodge, a former hotel converted to employee housing. This project required furnishings for 28 rooms at double queen occupancy, in-room refrigerators, as well as common area furnishings for the foyer and other lounge areas.

Remote Luxury Property

At this remote luxury property near Livingston MT, Bay Housewares was hired to furnish 4 employee housing buildings, including 32 double-occupancy bedrooms, 32 bathrooms, 4 kitchens, and 4 common areas. Bay Housewares was asked to return once the project was completed to provide housewares for each kitchen and linens (bed and bath) for all 64 employees.

Goldenstone & Firelight

Bay Housewares partnered with a community non-profit for the Pheasant Tail and Goldenstone properties in Big Sky. Our task was to provide furniture and housewares, blending entry-level and executive packages. The project featured all-wood furniture, upgraded seating, and a custom housewares packages. Completed on an ASAP timeline, we ensured a seamless and turn-key experience for this employee housing project.
